• 4:00-4 :30 PM: Agriwalk (20-30 min) to discover the local flora
• 4:30 PM : Welcome at the workshop location, in the heart of the vineyards and scrubland
• 4:45-6 :15 PM: Group treatment (1.5 hours) for a natural glow
• 6:15 PM : Gourmet buffet dinner with wine tasting from Mas Farchat in a setting where biodiversity reigns supreme

An aperitif will be served, where you can enjoy white and rosé wine as well as a Mas Farchat cocktail accompanied by toasts.

Enjoy a delicious meal* made with local and seasonal produce paired with Mas Farchat wines in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The Omnibus chef has designed a special menu for this occasion, showcasing the authentic flavors of our region.

Moonlight Stroll

After dinner, let the soft light of the full moon guide you for an enchanting stroll through the picturesque landscapes of Mas Farchat. A unique sensory experience, where you can appreciate the beauty of nature under a starry sky.

• cabbage with cod gravlax and wasabi cream

For one evening, discover the fascinating world of birds and bats that inhabit the vineyards of Mas Farchat! Together, we will observe them and then understand the role of viticulture in preserving this biodiversity.

Throughout the walk, we will identify together the elements of the landscape that surround us, which birds and bats use to feed, shelter, reproduce or even move around!

• The tour will begin with an introduction to identifying some typical agricultural birds. To do this, we'll head out into the vineyards of Mas Farchat, a 10-minute walk away. You'll learn how to use binoculars to observe them, as well as how to recognize their song, which returns in the evening, once the heat has subsided. We might even be lucky enough to hear some nocturnal birds of prey...
• Return to the estate for a gourmet break
• Once night falls, we will be able to observe other flying animals: bats! Thanks to a suitable tablet, we will be able to capture the ultrasounds emitted by bats, normally inaudible to the human ear, and thus identify them.

The tour is guided by speakers from the League for the Protection of Birds and the gourmet break is provided by the winemakers with the tasting of Mas Farchat wines and tapas dinner platters.

Fruit juice and water for minors or those who do not drink wine.

A wine tasting in the estate's vineyards is much more than just a sensory experience; Mas Farchat embodies the Art of Living à l'Occitane ; it is an immersion in an authentic and nature-friendly way of life.

The meeting is set at the estate:

• You are driven into the vineyards by car if you cannot walk

• You go to the vineyards on foot and independently (20/30 min walk, easy access)

In the heart of nature, you can enjoy a friendly and intimate moment around platters of charcuterie and cheeses while tasting our wines to the sound of the cicadas singing!

You will have the opportunity to purchase bottles if you wish at cellar prices. The number of people per date is very limited in order to maintain a friendly atmosphere and allow for direct interaction with the winemakers.

The tasting at the Mas Farchat cellar is an experience that combines conviviality and the art of living, offering visitors an authentic immersion in the world of wine.

Mas Farchat collaborated with architect Bruno Lapostat to develop a gravity-fed winery, designed to produce wines with distinct profiles in white, red and rosé. This winery allows for the vinification of quality wines under the AOC Languedoc, Languedoc Pézenas and IGP Côtes de Thongue appellations.

Winery tastings are much more than just wine tastings; they provide an opportunity to share convivial moments with winemakers and other wine lovers. These exchanges allow visitors to discover the secrets of winemaking.
