Under the summer sky, savor the 𝗱𝗶̂𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗴𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲 prepared by the chef of L'omnibus , where the flavors complement our wines, in an atmosphere that is both elegant and convivial.

The atmosphere will be provided by Ze Tone , for an evening that is gourmet, musical and unforgettable.

Here, we don't eat, we travel. We don't drink, we marvel.

Unusual: A twenty-minute vineyard walk to get to the dinner venue, returning at night by the light of the full moon.

However, people with disabilities will be able to make the journey by car.

• Flat :

Tirabuixo farm-raised pork tenderloin from Cerdagne cooked at low temperature then grilled over a wood fire, reduced juice with wine and diced Serrano ham, crushed potatoes.

Saryial 2022

• Cheeses :

Mas Rolland goat cheese variation with onion confit, raisins and Espelette pepper.

Andalzon 2023

• Dessert :

Cocoa fragility well, semi-candied cherry, 64% cocoa, light cream with burrata and Guadeloupe vanilla, cookie crumble.
